Job Description

The role will be an individual contributor role directly reporting to the Head of Finance, Doka India.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for resolving queries for sales invoicing, finance/taxation area and E-way bill generations
  • You will be responsible for tax reconciliations in Direct Tax
  • You will liaise & assist the big four companies in statutory & tax audits independently
  • You will also visit the customer’s offices if required and instructed by the management
  • You will work out all due TDS taxes with proper disclosures and timely payment to avoid penal actions
  • You will be responsible for preparing GST summary & filing GST return 1, 2 & 3B for monthly return
  • You will assist in replying to TDS notices and closure of open questions & online returns filing
  • You will also be responsible to answering all queries relating to above tax payments to authorities
  • You will collect data for assessment of income tax, transfer pricing & service tax
  • You will assist in corporate income tax filing
  • You will be responsible for ledger scrutiny on monthly basis & correction entries if required with reconciliations
  • You will be responsible for collection of C forms, I form & F form from customers & proper record of the same for pre GST area
  • You will be responsible for LC proceedings to banks on collection basis
  • You will receive all sales invoices & verify that transactions comply with financial policies & procedures
  • You will support/assist in framing legal agreements/contracts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Finance with a CA / MBA is a must
  • 5 - 7 years of overall experience with 2+ years in taxation
  • Preferable working experience as a Financial Analyst / Controller
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Ideal Personality:
