Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Support and contribution to country strategy

  • Oversees the MA budget within his/her country

  • Ensures brand compliance for his/her country according to Corporate brand manual

  • Gathers and provides sales feedback on his/her market insights

Operational tasks:

Products and Services

  • Campaign Management:

    • Ensures implementation of campaigns and programs for his/her country together with CPM

    • Provides feedback on country/customer specific needs

  • Ensures successful product launches in close collaboration with HoS/PM

  • Ensure production of leaflets, brochures/catalogues according to Corporate masters

  • Organizes photo shootings and site visits

  • Visits sites him/herself for branding, interviewing or taking fotos

  • Ensures together with CPM that offer texts are available

  • Ensures together with CPM that regional reference lists of key-sites are available

  • Manages Google Ads campaigns

Planning & Budget

  • Drives Marketing Plans (Yearly MA Plan, 3 year MA Plan) for her/his country

  • Develops budget proposal for Marketing in his/her country

  • Monitors MarComm expenses versus budget

CI/CD

  • Ensures brand compliance for his/her country according to Corporate brand manual

  • Enhances positioning of the DOKA brand in his/her country

Market Intelligence

  • Active monitoring of trends and customer needs

  • Provides input on market studies and customer insights

  • Drives competitor observation and ensures feedback to RMM

  • Provides input to RMM for media monitoring in his/her country

Trade Shows/Fairs/Events

  • Provides information and data to RMM

  • Draws up a yearly local Trade Show Calendar

  • Actively involves him/herself in local conferences/ tradeshows etc.

  • Organizes local customer events and trainings

PR

  • Ensures regular sending out of PR

  • Advertises in local press (online and print) according to Corporate guidelines

  • Organizes press conferences in close co-operation with RMM

  • Drives different prints (e.g. Doka Xpress, Doka Report, Reference Job sites) for his/her country

Digital Media

  • Maintains and updates country website in collaboration with RMM

  • Maintains and updates local Social Media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Best Practice Sharing

  • Provides input to RMM, Marketing and PLM

Qualifications

In order to achieve the best results in this position, the desired skills and experience are the following:

A. Education

  • Marketing focus, preferably academic level

  • Excellent command of English language
     

B. Experience

  • 3 year + relevant working experience in Marketing and / or Sales area

  • Marketing Campaign Planning and Management

  • Web Content Management

  • Organic Search Engine Optimization

  • (Text) Content Generation for Online and Offline media

  • Social media Marketing and Community Management

  • Digital marketing experience would be a plus

  • Thorough understanding of the market structure and factors that influence demand, profitability and innovation

  • Commercial and basic technical understanding of the products and their applications

  • E-commerce - previous experience would be a plus

  • Thorough strategic understanding of target groups in respective markets

  • Excellent presentation and project management skills

  • Good writing skills
