Job Description

Within this role, you will have a chance to work on different aspects of pricing topics, which include market, products and sales aspects all over the globe. You will work internationally and will be able to learn the specifics of different markets. Particularly you will:

  • Lead the team of 4 highly qualified pricing specialists and will report to the Vice President Controlling;
  • Streamline transfer price management;
  • Be the contact person for the country organizations in respect to transfer pricing, discounts policy and management of special price offers for specific markets;
  • Analyze the market tendencies and propose the necessary changes to the pricing policy accordingly;
  • Closely cooperate with Global procurement team, Product managers and Controlling;
  • Coordinate know-how transfer and promotion of the best practices within Doka;
  • Providing consultation/trainings when necessary to countries sales and finance organizations;
  • Design of the processes and system landscape (process-oriented, intelligent tools). 

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the field of sales, operation, product management or finance 
  • Relevant educational  back ground (e.g. university / FH or HAK)
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Language: English (proficiency level) further foreign language skills is an advantage
  • Independent, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

We are required to state the minimum annual gross salary for this position, which is  - EUR 41.312,60 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry). Please note final remuneration offer will be aligned with the market, and will be based on the specific qualification and professional experience.
