-       Performing 4 eye principle checks for accuracy and quality of all outbound shipments

-       Allocating picking tickets/collis to individuals to pull

-       Coordinating resources and Optimizing Task and Assignments to balance yard capacity against daily demands

-       Daily maintenance of yard materials storage and quality

-       Supervising daily inspection and maintenance of the Yard & Yard Equipment

-       Supervision of container unloading and pack-away as per plan provided by YM

-       Supporting both the H&M Department and Reconditioning Department

-       Supervising the proper use of the Yard Cam Application

-       Performing proper checks for accuracy and quality of Inbound shipments prior to turning in Paperwork for Import avoiding unnecessary Admin

-       Supervising that proper packaging techniques are being implemented on all Shipments

-       Coordinating with the MW Team on combined Loads to avoid detention costs

-       Supervising the Yard Traffic to avoid congestion of Trucks and productivity loss
