Job Description
As our new Revenue Controller, you’ll work closely with our Finance and CCM Team, our Sales team and a variety of other stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will be ...
- Representing Doka’s commercial interests at any given time
- Establishing stable relationships with all our clients
- Developing a good understanding of our clients commercial processes
- Independently arranging meetings & appointments with our clients and other stakeholders
- Daily reporting of priorities to management and coordination with our Finance & Sales team
- Submitting invoices and clarifying all related matters including L/C business and related paperwork
- Following-up on payments on a daily basis in an effort to ensure delays in payment are avoided
- Ensuring settlements are finalized at the earliest possible time
- Collecting payments
- Updating all involved stakeholders on current developments
- Escalating issues beyond your area of influence to Management/our Sales team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably Formwork Industry
- Good understanding of commercial processes within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration are a must, Master’s Degree and/or Accounting Credentials are a plus
- Confident, self-driven individual with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Well-developed numerical ability and attention to detail
- Hardworking, diligent & reliable individual
- UAE Driving License
