Job Description

As Marketing Coordinator

· Ensure brand compliance and enhance Doka brand positioning in the country

· Implement campaigns and programs

· Organize photo shoots, site visits and interviews

· Monitor trends of customer needs and observe competitors

· Continuous collaboration and feedback with Management, including corporate reporting

· Support the project intelligence databases

· Send out PR and contribute to various prints with support of Management

· Manage business stationery and market collateral

· Procure marketing items, negotiate with suppliers and maintain marketing inventory

· Upkeep of the Doka warehouse and office marketing displays

· Custodian of all marketing IT gadgets and equipment

· Annual planning with KPI achievement and regular update (ad plan, marketing calendar)

· Support Sales with E-Commerce, Pre-qualifications, Training Certificates,  communication with end user for vendors approvals and ADHOC customer requests

·  Support management for internal marketing efforts

As Project Coordinator: 

· Optimize, develop and implement organizational processes with each department for specific Projects

· Initiate, manage and coordinate internal project teams during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction.

· Act as a link between clients and Doka by conducting regular site visits with Doka team, to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, problem and complaints solving, and assistance with delivery / return schedules.

· Partner with Sales, Operations and Engineering departments to manage customer accounts and projects.

· Confirm that accuracy of products and services sold and rented are in accordance to the terms of the contract

· Analyze risks and opportunities, monitor the progress of a project and coordinate any issues that may arise.

·Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and project site stakeholders. 

· Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities during or after project execution.

· Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings from site and internal project meetings.

Qualifications

· Business/Administration Qualification

· Experience in marketing, sales, and project coordination,

· Excellent User of Microsoft Office

· Commercial and basic technical understanding

· Ideally: experience in logistics and construction industry in ME

· Ideally: Experience with ADOBE/InDesign

. Ideally: Familiar with DOKA procedures (contracts, agreements, programmes etc.)
