The Head of Supply Business Partner, based in our headquarters in Amstetten, will be responsible in leading the strategical procurement process and supporting the development of tools to optimize the purchasing supply chain while building relationships with the main stakeholder within his scope.

In this role, you act as valued strategic business partners to key business stakeholders by identifying their critical requirements and providing commercial services to meet and exceed their expectations.

Among other tasks you are responsible for:

• Being a Business Partner to different departments such as Production, Strategy & Innovation, Sales.
• Implement and communicate procurement strategy to relevant internal partners
• Alignment to the Category Procurement organizations and to the Area Procurement organizations
• Develop, run, and record savings and communicate to the organization
• Lead most important negotiations.
• Responsible in procurement process optimization and implementation
• Facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing among the team
• Coordination with the category procurement organisations and the area procurement organisations.
• Reporting of savings and communication within the organisation

We are looking for a dynamic and agile person with strong leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving. In addition we look for the following qualifications:

• Graduate degree in the area of economics or procurement
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and in a leadership position.
• Experience in establishing and implementing effective procurement management leadership, systems, methods and procedures 
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to convey the big picture and communicate with a very wide variety of individuals at all levels. 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
• Cultural awareness and willingness to travel
