Job Description

 

  • Responsibility for Sales KPIs (Revenue, gross margin, collections)
  • Extend the presence of Doka in Abu Dhabi resulting in a bigger market share in that area
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Business development with new and existing clients
  • Implement sales strategies into practice
  • Ensure client satisfaction in all stages of the project, i.e. acting as a link between the client and the internal departments
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitors
  • Ensure correct usage and maintenance of Doka sales systems and tools

 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar with deep knowledge in the construction and formwork sector
  • Solid sales experience in the construction industry and in the ME
  • Formwork experience is an advantage
  • Technical/construction product knowledge
  • Motivated, empathetic, proactive, confident and driven personality
  • Seamless follow-ups and focused on completion
  • Outstanding sales, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Reliable, organized and trustworthy personality
  • Work unsupervised
  • Ability to solve problems, find solutions and meet tight deadlines 
  • Living in Abu Dhabi is an advantage
