The Team Leader Support Unit is managing the purchase to pay processes for the countries in the respective area Europe. You will ensure availability of material/services and fast through put time in the purchase to pay process by regularly automizing the process and reducing through put time. You have to ensure an efficient usage of capacities as well as being a capable partner for our external suppliers.

Among other tasks you are responsible for:

• Being a Business Partner for the area
• Responsible for the purchase to pay process according to supplier data
• Work with other members of procurement to develop and implement purchase to pay initiatives to reduce transaction costs, consolidate volume and create efficiency
• Demand planning
• Assessment of demand and scheduling
• Follow up orders and ensure delivery
• Escalation in handling of complaints
• Responsible for inventories / inventory control
• Responsible for Data Management focused on local input
• Run and tune the process of provision of materials
• Establishment and further development of the Support Unit

We are searching for a proactive and flexible person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to address challenges in a constructive manner. In addition we look for the following qualifications:

• Graduate degree in the area of economics or technic
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and an excellent understanding of procurement processes
• Ability to implement global standards at an area level and be hands-on on operational agendas
• Experience with SAP process automation and digitization in procurement
• Ideally you have already accompanied a purchasing organization in such change processes
• Excellent English skills and German skills

You are responsible for the Support Unit in Europe. Due to several locations in Europe, not only the office in Amstetten, also e.g. Slovakia or Poland would be conceivable. The salary framework is also adapted to local conditions.
