Doka’s Middle East & Africa’s regional team is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team to support the company’s ongoing expansion. Based in Dubai, the suitable candidate will be a natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.

• Lead engineering team in the Engineering Service Center Dubai for multiple projects
• Motivates team and implement economical and practical formwork solutions to meet the team and company objectives
• Conduct advanced static calculations
• Produce and/or approve material lists, offer drawings and shop drawings
• Ensure that project deadlines/milestones and project engineering budget are met
• Assist the Sales Team/MEAAP countries in client presentations or for project site support
• Advise Formwork Instructor in regards to technical problems/issues that arise on site
• Provide strong leadership and actively promotes engineering trainings/development for engineering staff
• Coordinate availability of engineering staff with the Heads of Engineering in the Area
• Ensure that policies, procedures, programs and standards of performance and compliance are adhered to. Monitor adherence to contractual guidelines

• Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
• Knowledge of CAD & Project Management tools (experience with 3D design software & RStab are a plus)
• Significant knowledge of and passion for formwork systems
• Solid experience in the formwork industry, ideally within MEAAP
• Good English & communication skills on all levels
• Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Committed and engaged personality with the will to succeed
• A high level in leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to other MEAAP countries
