Doka Australia have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing sales, sales targets, profitability management, in addition to local product introduction for Doka Formwork Solutions.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible to expand Doka’s presence in New South Wales and Australia Capital Territory and increase sales that strengthens the company's position in the market.

As a Sales Executive,

  • You will conduct market intelligence and identify market needs
  • You will develop new and existing accounts and expand business through-face-to-face contact with customers within the Southern Region of New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
  • You must understand the brand, products, and services completely and how they compare with competition
  • You will manage projects and determine sales strategy (cost planning, pricing of tender, determine revenue and negotiate terms and conditions of contract)
  • You will service clients on a regular basis and provide formwork know-how
  • You will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the most efficient formwork design is applied
  • You will liaise with operations team to ensure that delivery is made on time
  • You will be accountable to all credit interactions with customer and ensure payment is received in full

Qualifications


Required (Education and Technical)

  • You must have a minimum of five (5) years of strong sales experience within construction or building supply industry
  • You must have a good understanding of engineering products used on a construction site
  • You must have an exposure in high-rise site construction 
  • You must have a strong network in the industry and good customer base
  • You must be proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • You must have strong interpersonal, communication, organization, negotiation skills and strong numerical attitude
  • You must have eye for detail and accuracy

  • You must be self-motivated, assertive, has strong work ethic, and able to work independently in a results-driven, fast paced environment 
  • You must have willingness to travel and be mobile
