Job Description

Sales & Project Management deals with all important strategic topics for the successful implementation of customer projects at Doka. In addition to classic project management, other important subjects, such as contract and claim management, offer and order processing as well as the sale and handling of services fall within the area of responsibility.


We are looking for an employee in the role of a consultant who will continue to advance the subject of services and contract management in the Sales & Project Management department and incorporate it in the Doka sales organizations on a long-term basis.


In addition, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Implementation of services and contract management in the Doka processes and tools
  • Incorporation of the scope of services in the offer
  • Increase in margin via project monitoring, in particular service and claim charging
  • Identifying potentials consistent with Doka services in the country organizations and transfer to service development
  • Implementation of the service portfolio in the country organizations
  • Development and implementation of trainings and strategy workshops on the subject of services and contract management (with country organizations)
  • Ongoing support of country organizations after trainings/workshops (consulting)
  • Best practice exchange within Doka Group
  • Communication of the topic both internally (e.g. service description) and externally (contents homepage or marketing and training documents)

Qualifications

We are looking for a communicative, solution-oriented personality who is able to inspire and convince others, who lives customer-orientation and promotes cross-divisional as well as cross-national thinking and acting.


You also have the following qualifications:
•    Completed business or technical education
•    Ideally experience in a sales organization
•    Experience in drafting offers or contracts
•    Experience in elaboration or argumentation of added value
•    Good presentation techniques – i.e. you enjoy presenting in front of others
•    Initiative and proactive style
•    Ability to enthuse and inspire others
•    Willingness to travel abroad (mobility)
•    Good command of spoken and written English

Additional Information

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 40.000,00 depending on qualification and experience.
