As a Scaffolding Engineering Team Leader your main responsibilities comprise:

• Preparing scaffolding drawings for quotation and execution (shop drawings)
• Providing technical guidance to team members
• Checking of scaffold designs
• Conducting structural analyses of scaffolding based on accepted local standards
• Generating material lists to support quotations and deliveries
• Providing on-site technical support when necessary (Office and site tasks ratio: 90% office – 10% site)
• Coordinating closely with Sales team regarding technical issues and scaffolding activities
• Regular reporting on team KPIs and pipelines
• Providing technical guidance and onsite support to formwork instructors
• Other tasks upon request of country Managing Director

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in access scaffolding for at least 5 years
• Civil Engineering / Technical qualification
• System scaffold design experience is a must
• Advanced CAD knowledge and experience
• 3D CAD knowledge is a plus
• Site experience (Assembly/Dismantling)
• Previous experience with contractor (with scaffolding execution) is a plus
