Neulandt Côte d'Ivoire offers an exciting opportunity as Engineering Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the development and implementation of engineering strategies in order to exploit the market potentials. The Engineering Manager (m/f/d) is part of the Country Leadership Team and reports to the Managing Director. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• developing the appropriate organizational structure and entrepreneurial culture in technical department to support the business objectives and customer needs
• conducting technical and commercial supervision of projects with focus on cross-functional collaboration to advance business performance, productivity and customer satisfaction
• responsibility for projects during preparation and quotation phase in close cooperation with corresponding corporate departments
• coaching and developing Engineering colleagues to perform as high performing teams that delivers continuous improvement and added value
• promoting an open communication with problem solving orientation
• acting as a role model and ensuring compliance to standards and processes

• university degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural or Mechanical)
• several years of experience in the construction industry is a prerequisite
• comprehensive leadership skills with hands-on approach
• ability to solve problems using technical proficiency, strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• commitment to support the Engineering team with collaborative approach
• excellent communication skills in English and Frensh is a prerequisite (further language is an advantage)
• flexibility and willingness to travel abroad
• Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship & communication and feedback skills
• Hands-on mentality and approach
