Job Description

  • Develop growth strategies and plans.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
  • Increase client base.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Write business proposals.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Draft and reviewing contracts.
  • Report on successes and improvement areas.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experience in formwork business
  • Engineering background and site experience in construction field
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Good computer skills, especially AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Skills / Characteristics

  • High-level customer relationship & communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid English skills, Arabic will be an advantage
