As part of the Doka Supply Chain, the World Logistics Services (WLS) department secures the supply of the regional Doka organizations with formwork products. Five global distribution centers (DCs) – Amstetten (Austria), Apolda (Germany), Dubai (United Arabic Emirates), Chicago (US) and Singapore (Asia) – distribute our products to defined Doka subsidiaries.

As part of the WLS Management Team you are responsible for all controlling tasks, analyses, preparation of business cases, etc. for the Distributions Centers in cooperation with the local organization.

  • Preparation of monthly reporting package within the WLS organization
  • Analysis of monthly financial performance
  • Preparation of data for reporting
  • Ensuring the understanding of compliance with internal controlling standards and continuous further development in the DCs
  • Provision of training and furthering development
  • Developing and following up on Group Finance & Controlling projects and proactive support in the realization in the DCs
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analysis, business cases, etc.

Qualifications

Professional requirements:

  • University Degree in Business (Administration, Finance/Controlling)
  • Profound experience in Controlling, financial analysis or business planning
  • Profound knowledge and experience of/with IFRS standards
  • Very good MS Excel skills
  • ERP knowledge (SAP FI and CO knowledge advantageous)

  • Self-motivated, result-orientated way of working and hands-on mentality
  • Cultural awareness and willingness to travel
  • Excellent English skills

Additional Information

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR 40.000.--, depending on qualification and experience.
