Job Description

  • Responsible for Customer Service (CS) and Material Logistics processes in MEA
  • Support, inform and develop the MEA countries in all aspects of CS
  • Implement and maintain group-wide standards and processes
  • Develop optimisation concepts, improve processes and share best practices
  • Ensure and maintain reporting transparency in regards to CS and Material Logistics
  • Coordinate and execute trainings for CS employees in the region including regular qualification assessment for each country within the region
  • Act as link and MEA voice between Headquarters and MEA countries
  • Support implementations and improvements of relevant software tools and apps
  • Support and ensure accurate forecasting of market deliveries and returns in MEA countries
  • Trigger, support and drive inventory optimization measures to reduce slow-/non-moving material
  • Support escalation of material non-availability to Distribution Centre Middle East and Supply
  • Coordinate closely with the Regional Operations team
  • Other tasks upon request of Head of Operations Region MEA

 

Qualifications

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Min. 5 years experience in CS and Material Logistics environment
  • Profound knowledge of Commercial and Supply Chain processes
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations related studies as well as team management experience are an advantage
