Job Description

The Change & Communications Team is consulting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives at Doka. As Change & Communication Consultant you effectively contribute to the team and business success:

  • You are consultant and sparring-partner for change leaders and their teams in various change projects e.g. organizational re-design, setting-up new units and teams, strategy development and implementation, operational excellence-programs etc.
  • You are coaching change leaders in challenges throughout a change process and thereby help them grow in their leadership competences.
  • You create alignment, orientation and acceptance of changes by providing a smooth communication, dialogue and involvement. 
  • You design, organize and facilitate workshops, meetings and communication formats.
  • You inspire and enable behavioral and cultural changes and help our employees to grow beyond their potential. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational or Leadership Development, Coaching or related fields.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating workshops or meetings – experience with agile working methods is a plus.
  • Experience in coaching, mediation, leadership development or training.
  • Comfortable working in German and English, any additional language is a plus.
  • Growth mindset, hands-on mentality and team-spirit.
  • Willingness to travel.

Additional Information

Minimum gross annual salary of EUR 49.000,00 - depending on qualification and experience.
