• In your new role as Project Manager, you will design the products and services of the future

• You design innovative customer journeys and develop new business models, networked products and related to its services together with your team

• You will be responsible for the project from product idea to market launch (including budget responsibility)

• You will lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in R&D, engineering, sales, operations, customer service and marketing

• Together with your team you will work on the "next big thing" and thus shape the way of building tomorrow

• By using customer-oriented, modern project management methods, you ensure that our products & services inspire our customers and create sustainable added value.

• You create meaningful business plans and market potential analyses

• You analyze market and technology trends as a basis for the development of innovative products and services

• You are always curious, driven by success, and want to simplify the life of our customers

• You are enthusiastic about technology, market trends, business models and above all about our customers

• You have experience with design thinking, business model design, business cases and agile product development

• You also have experience with modern project management methods as well as a track record of successfully implemented projects.

• You have a high affinity for numbers and a profound ability to think analytically

• You are no stranger to a holistic way of thinking and would like your work to create value in an organization

• You have the ability to strike a balance between conceptual work and pragmatic implementation

• You have a high degree of social and emotional competence

• Also very good communication skills and very good knowledge of English

• You have a high degree of self-responsibility and self-motivation paired with entrepreneurial thinking

• You have a university degree from the Technical University or Technical University of Applied Sciences with a focus on industrial design, product development, mechanics, etc. and already have several years of relevant professional experience

• You like to travel (approx. 20%) and being close to the customers

Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer an annual gross remuneration for this position from € 55,000.
