Job Description

  • Define Concremote and Value Engineering strategy with targets and execute implementation plan together with country organisations with the ultimate goal to generate additional formwork sales and to strengthen Doka`s competitive advantage.
  • Through concrete consultancy, support country organisations in creating new customer orientated sales channels, added-value studies and success models.
  • Support countries to convince stakeholders with value engineering on optimising the construction process with concrete consultancy and Concremote.
  • Support country organisations with market intelligence, customers and Large Scale Project acquisitions.
  • Convince and deal with local authorities, engineering bureaus, ready­mix concrete industry, planners, consultants and architects for Concremote certification and local acceptance of method.
  • Market launches of Concremote in countries.
  • Support with local marketing and PR activities together with Regional/Country Marketing.
  • Provide internal trainings on concrete technology (mix designs), Concremote (features, benefits and advantages) and commercial offers.
  • Define and support on internal processes related to Concremote.
  • Report on implementation measures at regional level.
  • Coordinate with Concremote Business Unit in HQ and countries.
  • Monitor concrete on construction sites in the region.

Qualifications

  • Commercial and/or technical qualification.
  • Thorough knowledge of concrete technology, formwork, construction process and related cost and efficiency drivers.
  • Deep understanding of the stakeholder environment in construction projects (governing authorities, developer, designers, architects, contractors, etc.).
  • Several years experience in sales and business development.
  • Ability to advise and convince at a senior level.
  • MEA construction market experience.
  • Excellent English skills, other languages of the region are advantageous.
