Job Description

As a marketing manager you will report directly to the Managing Director of Doka Rus and to the Head of Marketing Eastern Europe. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Sales Director for Russia you will actively support the business sales and marketing strategy for Russia. 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Developing and implementation of country marketing plan in line with the company objectives;

  • Planning and implementation of product launch campaigns in co-ordination with sales activities;

  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget;

  • Co-organizing customers events, tradeshow and seminars;

  • Building brand awareness and positioning on the market;

  • Creating high quality content for web marketing and public relations;

  • Ensuring production of required marketing collaterals according to Corporate Design;

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;

  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration;

  • Experience with creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, and marketing plan at least 3 years;

  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing;

  • Excellent writing skills;

  • Fluent English;

  • Advanced communication skills;

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change;

  • Positive, can-do attitude;

  • Willing to travel.
