• Analyse structural drawings given by clients
• Filling out the project overview template after the discussion with the client and analyse the drawings
• Implement formwork solution as per the instructions of the Team Leader or based on the discussion with the client and after approval of the project overview template
• Propose the most economical and best technical solution
• Conduct basic static calculations
• Produce material list and offer drawings
• Coordination with clients for technical issues
• Consideration of availability of material in the tender stage
• Communication with Sales Department in absence of Team Leader
• Coordinate with the Sales Secretary to ensure the right understanding of the tender sheet proposed and to do the final checking for the offer before submitting for approval
• Attend the kick-off with client if needed
• Ensure handover to the Engineering Department after the project was awarded and explain the basis of the technical solution used
• Support the added value engineers with calculations

• Formwork Experience required
• Technical / Civil engineering qualification
• Knowledge of and passion for formwork systems
• Excellent Autocad skills
• Calculation and ability to produce structural analysis
• Knowledge of processing softwares MS Word, Excel
• Good English & communication skills on all levels (within company and with clients)
• Team player
