As Demand Manager you are an active member of the Sales and Operations (S&OP) planning process. The goal of the S&OP planning process is to optimize the worldwide inventory while ensuring a high quality of customer supply service.

Furthermore the S&OP process aims to enable us to consider market and demand changes in a faster and more structured way. As Demand Manager Europe you support to achieve these goals with main focus on the following tasks:

• Coordination of material demand planning
• Critical view and plausibility check of demand plan data in all Doka European countries
• Proactive interface between Supply and regions as well as support of regions to fulfill demand signals
• Project lead in developing an intelligent forecast method (Forecast 4.0)
• Proactive improvement of the S&OP planning process
• Monitoring and optimization of planning accuracy and its further development

• Commercial education (Commercial college, University degree)
• Practical experience in Operations, Logistics and/or Controlling 
• Entrepreneurial and joined-up thinking
• Intercultural working style
• Very good level of English knowledge (oral and written)

Minimum gross annual salary of EUR 40.000,00 - depending on qualification and experience.
