QHSE related tasks:

• Provide advice, guidance and instruction to Doka Gulf in relation to health, safety and security matters
• Ensure a suitable Health and Safety Policy is prepared and agreed with  DGulf Management in accordance with UAE labor law
• Responsible to implement a risk assessment procedure approved by JAFZA authorities
• Make sure Doka Gulf staff accommodation is completely equipped with Health & Safety features – maintain a sufficient inspection cycle incl detailed reports
• Audit all QHSE related activites and polices from Doka and UAE authorities
• Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform post-incident follow up and ensures communication to the relevant authorities
• Ensure the safety of our labor camp

 Facility management related tasks:

• Ensure in a proactive way at all times the safety and cleanliness of the office buildings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Oversee building projects, maintenance, refurbishments
• Management of car fleet
• Management of building access (fingerprint system etc.)

• At least 3 years experience in QHSE activities and facility management in the UAE
• Skilled in manual work & very hands-on (ability to do small repairs on their own)
• Knowledge of the latest Health & Safety regulations and standards in the UAE
• Excellent English, German would be an asset
• Superior communication skills on all levels
