As Procurement Expert you provide category expertise in the area of production machinery, construction work and operating supplies. You support in ensuring availability of material/services and focus on the total cost of ownership as well as cost reduction initiatives. 

• you recommend alternative products and/or services to ensure the continuity and security of supply 
• you manage the existing supply base in SAP and ensure accuracy
• you are responsible for negotiations and for communicating the contracts to the stakeholders
• you take care of claim management and other changes within your area
• developing, implementing and monitoring the sourcing strategies are also in your responsibility

We are searching for a proactive, structured and highly customer-oriented person who fulfills the following criteria:

• technical or commercial degree with about 5 years' experience in a similar role 
• clear understanding of the procurement process
• a solution-oriented way of thinking
• ability to deliver results under pressure of time
• good communication- and negotiation-skills
• excellent English skills and willingness to travel

We offer an annual gross-salary starting at appr. 42.000,-- depending on qualification and experience.
