Job Description

  • Recruit staff (advertising, short listing, interviewing, liaison with candidates, recruiters & media), negotiate employment packages and arrange mobilisation and induction
  • Manage transfers, promotions, resignations, terminations and dismissals
  • Create job descriptions
  • Supervise/Maintain SAP HR module, payroll, expenses, filing and time keeping
  • Supervise/Maintain visa processes, trade license renewal, company leases and staff accommodation
  • Fleet and transport management, office maintenance and supplies, travel arrangements
  • Develop and implement fair policies and processes, incl. compensation & benefits
  • Negotiate with insurance brokers and supervise claims
  • Advise senior management on employment issues and HR matters
  • Employee relations including mediation and communication
  • Ensure annual performance management, collect feedback,  evaluate training needs and implement appropriate training
  • Promote corporate HR and training tools within the company
  • Liaise with Regional HR and implement corporate/regional requirements and standards
  • General administration activities

Additional Information

  • Previous HR/Administration experience in the region and relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of local rules and laws
  • MS Office
  • German speakers strongly preferred
  • Strong sense for confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organised, confident and hands-on
  • Eye for detail with the big picture in mind
