Job Description

You will support Operations team in the performance of commercial related matters not limited to the followings:

  • You will manage all aspects of the commercial process from initial contact to sales ‘close’ for selected projects determined either by revenue size, client type, project type
  • You enter orders after material list was handed by engineering
  • You ensure materials planning including shortage, procurement
  • You ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes
  • You ensure products purchased are delivered in a timely way and recorded in Discos
  • You ensure proper documentations on return deliveries and recorded in Discos in a timely way
  • You ensure invoice are recorded and billed accordingly and in a timely way
  • You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have good customer service

Qualifications

Personal Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Finance or supply chain or quantity surveying 
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience on commercial/ invoicing
  • Proficiency in Excel and IT system
