• Acts as an interface with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Transport forwarder, Logistics, Yard Operations) to organize and monitor international shipments (mainly land transport)

• Responsible to manage transport logistics including system update, documentation and complaint management
• Responsible to meet the delivery schedule for ordered material being shipped to the international customers
• Works close with Yard Operations in order to meet deadlines as per customer requirements

• Proactively supports in case of special requirements and department development

• Commercial/Technical qualification
• Preferable backgrounds: Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Warehousing.
