Customer Service Representative (Entry Level & Full Time)

UMC is looking for a people-oriented person to put into a Customer Service Representative position. This person will be responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, and business development.

Basic Qualifications:

4 year degree or 0-5 years relevant work experience in a leadership role
Customer service (retail, restaurant, & hospitality -- this is not a call center environment), business, and / or communications background
Internship experience
Interest in developing customer partnerships.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organization.
Customer Service / Retail / Hospitality and/or Restaurant experience is a plus
Interest in advancement & the opportunity to make an impact
