Job Description

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. in North Haven, CT has a part-time opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk. 

This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting the Ulbrich Accounts Payable and Finance department.

  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports; 
  • Code vendor invoices;
  • Generate payments and distribute checks;
  • Assist with the research and response to vendor and internal department inquires:
  • Reconcile vendor statements;
  • File and maintain electronic files;
  • Open and distribute mail and emails; and
  • Additional clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

A High School diploma plus similar experience is required. Must be detail oriented and accurate; basic knowledge of accounting is preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet skills required.
