Job Description
We currently have an immediate opening for Help Desk Support at the Ulbrich corporate office in North Haven, CT. The computer help desk support person will assist employees in diagnosing and solving various computer related problems; work with helpdesk software for task management and tracking; answer, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues with hardware, software, networking, telephone and other computer-related technologies.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess an Associate Degree plus a minimum of 2 years similar experience. Excellent communication skills to include face-to-face, telephone, & written communications are necessary. Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite of products i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required. Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Able to remotely troubleshoot via phone, web conferencing and remote access. Requires local travel.
