Job Description

Sales Representative

Ulbrich is seeking a Sales Representative (Inside) looking for an exciting commercial opportunity with an industry leader in the metals field. Our Sales Representatives are professionals who service established accounts and prospect leads to increase our customer base.

Based in our inside sales office in Alsip, Illinois, the Sales Representative is accountable for building relationships with customers and selling Ulbrich products/product applications or services to assigned accounts; cultivate and grow new business with prospective and established customers by discussing applicable requirements along with opportunities and challenges; and take ownership of accounts and work closely with management to develop profitable business.


A Bachelor’s degree in business or an engineering-relating discipline required. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Must be results-driven and be able to work in a team-based work environment. The ability to understand and work effectively with the specification and applications of an extensive and technical product line is necessary. Computer proficiency a must.
