As part of Ubisoft’s Global Content Creators team within the Marketing department, you will help structure and improve our content creator operations. At the intersection of marketing, technology, and project management, this internship will give you the opportunity to work on concrete initiatives, including process optimization, tool improvements, documentation, operational analysis, and coordination of international campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management

• Support cross-functional projects by preparing materials, tracking action items, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and keeping project tracking documents up to date.
• Identify operational blockers, define needs, and make recommendations to improve tools, processes, or information flows.
• Prepare internal communications, including newsletters, meeting recaps, presentation materials, and post-project reviews.

Enabling Internal Operations

• Improve briefing and coordination processes for creator campaigns by centralizing requests, tracking campaign statuses, and increasing visibility across central, local, and brand teams.
• Strengthen collaboration with creator teams across 20 locations by sharing information, gathering feedback, and consolidating needs.
• Conduct user research and provide operational support through surveys, workshops, testing, bug reporting, and follow-up on improvements.
• Create, maintain, and structure internal documentation to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, best practices, and effective use of tools.

Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor trends in influencer marketing, social media, and engagement strategies to identify opportunities and best practices.
• Contribute to reporting on Ubisoft Creators Program (UCP) operations, including campaign tracking, data consolidation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and actionable insights.
• Conduct benchmarks and market research on creator programs, engagement strategies, and growth opportunities for UCP.

What we’re looking for

• You are currently a student and ideally have some previous experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, project management, community management, or process improvement.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and adaptable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and are comfortable using collaboration and project management tools.

I don't know the video game industry. Do I fit into Ubisoft? 

A lot of our employees are not huge fans of video games. At Ubisoft, we are looking for people who are passionate about their specialties, their jobs or entertainment in general. 

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft? 

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience! 

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.  

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
