Job Description
As a Portfolio Manager at Ubisoft Paris, you will help the Publishing organisation make clear, consistent, and value-driven decisions by consolidating, structuring, and prioritising initiatives impacting Publishing services, regardless of where they originate (Publishing, HQ, Production teams).
You will act as a key member of the team by ensuring demand is aligned with strategic priorities, balanced with available capacity, and supported by practical insights and reporting that enable data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Collect and consolidate incoming business needs from Publishing, Production teams or other stakeholders.
Manage and prioritise business demands by defining scope, objectives, impacts and business value.
Lead and produce business analysis to support prioritisation and risk mitigation.
Track portfolio and communicate across stakeholders to maintain transparency on priorities, status and progress.
Track initiatives of performance throughout the lifecycle, escalate risks and potential deviations.
Monitor actual costs against initial estimates, measure business impact and value delivered
Lead post-mortem review to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities
Maintain portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks
Drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, and decision quality.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
Strong experience in business analysis, or program/ product management.
Apply strong analytical skills and use data to support decision-making
Communicate clearly in writing and create effective briefs, presentations, and reporting for senior audiences
Structure complex topics and synthesise information into actionable outputs
Build alignment with diverse stakeholders and influence in cross-functional environments
Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-moving contexts
Stay effective under pressure and manage multiple priorities with rigor
Bring bonus experience working in product or technology environments, financial tracking, business case methods, or portfolio tools and dashboards
