Job Description
As a Director, Campaign Program Management at Ubisoft Paris, you’ll build, structure, and lead our Campaign Program Management team. This team acts as the operational hub between our Creative Houses, who define brand and campaign strategy, and our cross-functional experts, such as media, shopper marketing, and social media. You’ll ensure rigorous global planning and the seamless delivery of campaigns and related content on time, on budget, and at scale.
Reporting to the Head of Campaign Content Operations, you’ll drive visibility, structure, budget efficiency, and operational excellence across end-to-end campaign production. You’ll lead a team of Campaign Program Managers aligned to specific franchises and partner with senior franchise stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, strong coordination, and timely asset delivery.
What you’ll do
- Define the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Campaign Program Management team
- Build, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Program Managers supporting specific franchises
- Build and maintain complex campaign timelines and milestone plans with interdependent deliverables
- Identify delivery risks early, define mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks to keep campaigns on track
- Own and evolve governance for campaign planning, budgeting, orchestration, and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive adoption of shared tools, standardized processes, and unified planning frameworks across teams
- Establish clear documentation standards, including accessible briefs, trackers, and delivery records across phases
- Facilitate cross-team rituals such as kickoffs, reviews, and postmortems to improve alignment and decision-making
- Align stakeholders on scope, resourcing, and prioritization tradeoffs across franchises and cross-functional needs
- Monitor delivery and financial health through dashboards and planning reviews, and share learnings and best practices with leadership
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Solid experience in program management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related field — with a strong focus on leading teams and driving cross-functional governance.
- Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments (creative hubs, global marketing organizations, agencies, or large-scale content operations).
- Able to lead transformation initiatives and secure adoption of new workflows, tools, processes and cross-functional rituals at scale.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, lead & coach high-performing operational teams to navigate complex situations, prioritize, and operate autonomously.
- Strong aptitude for fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to assess operational performance at a macro level, identify systemic issues, and implement long-term solutions.
- Adept at managing resistance, rallying teams, and communicating change in a clear, inspiring way.
- Excellent relationship builder & communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive agreement across diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of creative, marketing, and production workflows — comfortable
