As Communications Specialist, you will support the development and execution of communications plans for product campaigns, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and player excitement. Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager, you will translate products into compelling narratives and communications activities that resonate with media and audiences.
Responsibilities Include
Support the development and implementation of communications strategies and campaign plans for assigned products and initiatives.
Develop and distribute communications materials, including key messages, Q&As, press releases, briefing documents, media assets, and other campaign resources.
Partner with brand, studio, and cross-functional teams to identify communications opportunities and support broader campaign objectives.
Collaborate with regional and local communications teams to support campaign execution worldwide.
Support the planning and delivery of industry and product events, product showcases, and other key communications moments.
Monitor media coverage, conversations, and gaming and entertainment industry trends
Analyze campaign performance using available reporting tools and data sources
Manage assigned campaign budgets
Participate in spokesperson preparation and media training activities.
Progressively assume ownership of communications activities and campaigns for assigned products, including leading smaller product portfolios or key workstreams with increasing autonomy.
Qualifications
A solid experience in communications. Previous experience in a PR agency, in-house communications team, or within the video game, entertainment, technology, or adjacent industries.
Experience executing communications campaigns and developing media facing materials.
Interest in and understanding of the gaming or entertainment, and consumer media landscape.
The ability to translate complex information into compelling, audience focused messaging.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
