YOUR PURPOSE

Join our People Services team and help power the experience behind the scenes. You’ll be at the heart of everything that shapes our team members’ journey—from their first day to their biggest milestones.

In this role, you’ll bring together operational excellence and human experience, making sure everything runs smoothly while creating moments that truly matter.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

Onboarding

  • Be the go-to onboarding partner, orchestrating a seamless and welcoming start for new joiners
  • Deliver engaging orientation sessions that bring our culture to life from day one
  • Ensure new joiner information is updated in all systems accurately so everything (including first-month payroll!) runs without a hitch

Work Pass Matters

  • Own the end-to-end work pass journey—from application to renewal—with precision and care
  • Partner with authorities (like MOM) to keep things moving smoothly
  • Stay ahead of regulation updates and make sure we’re always compliant
  • Guide team members through their work pass journey with clarity and confidence
  • Keep records clean, organised, and always up to date

HR Operations Excellence

You’ll keep the engine running smoothly across:

  • Payroll: Partner with vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Benefits: Keep our benefits running like clockwork and support queries
  • Vendor Management: Work with external partners to deliver top-notch services
  • Milestones: Organise and celebrate key moments—confirmations, promotions, long service awards, and more
  • Data Management: Be the guardian of accurate, secure, and reliable people data
  • ServiceNow: Handle HR tickets efficiently (you’re basically the problem-solver-in-chief)
  • Compliance & Reporting: Support surveys and ensure we meet regulatory requirements
  • Engagement: Help create meaningful experiences, events, and moments that bring teams together
  • Mobility: Support international moves and make transitions as smooth as possible

HR Projects

  • Active participation in projects to automate, to implement AI solutions and to enhance team members journey in Ubisoft.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Preferably at least 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • Previous experience in HR operations, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Good knowledge of local Singapore Employment act and regulations
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethics; able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Dependable, fast learner, proactive and adaptable to thrive within a fast-paced environment and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Able to work both as a team and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision
