• Acting as the key person in charge of the operations of the Chinese edition of “The Division 2”, an AAA project, making sure to deliver original and memorable gaming experience for players
• Leading the creation of new content for The Division at Ubisoft's AAA standards in the Chinese market landscape based on the needs and habits of Chinese players, and building an evergreen local game with ideal monetization strategy
• Quickly getting familiarized with tools and production processes at Ubisoft, efficiently managing project operation and iterations
