The Role

As a Technical Artist you enjoy collaborating with our art, design and programming teams to ensure that UI elements are optimized for performance and meet technical requirements. You’re a problem solver who loves to develop user-friendly interfaces that improve gameplay and immersion.

As our next Technical Artist, you will play an integral part in creating and implementing UI art assets such as buttons, icons, menus, and interactive elements, ensuring that the UI assets are optimized for different platforms, and developing technical documentation for UI tools and pipelines, as well as best practices for UI asset optimization. This role largely involves having an in-depth understanding of developing and maintaining art pipelines and tools to streamline the asset creation process.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in game development as a Technical Artist.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max and Houdini.
  • Strong knowledge of game engines.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as C# or Python.
  • Strong understanding of optimization techniques for real-time rendering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
