Job Description

The Global Publishing new organization is seeking for a VP Marketing Analytics & Publishing Data Intelligence. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the long-term data strategy for the Publishing organization, in partnership with the Ubisoft Data Office, as well as providing data-driven insights on marketing performance and recommendations to optimize player acquisition and engagement across all Ubisoft games.

Your mission will be as follows:

  • Lead the definition and implementation of quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs for the Global Publishing Organization
  • Define data roadmap and strategy for Publishing in collaboration with various cross-functional teams and partner with the Ubisoft Data Office to deliver on that roadmap
  • Proactively explore data and suggest new opportunities to measure and assess the performance of our marketing actions
  • Produce and maintain interactive dashboards and other automated reporting to inform the business on a continuous, self-serve basis
  • Drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of operational reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Executive Publishers and Global Marketing Services leadership team to develop strategy, benchmarks, goals, and KPIs throughout the entire marketing funnel from awareness to purchase
  • Collaborate with the other members of the analytics team to bring the gameplay and marketing data together and build predictive models for customer segmentation and campaign optimization
  • Develop statistical models to understand the relationship between different campaign factors/attributes and sales and support marketing teams with planning campaigns and setting the media mix
  • Analyze online and offline player behavior and journey and build multi-touch attribution model
  • Partner with CRM team to identify optimal communication strategies to maximize player engagement and loyalty
  • Champion the use of consistent A/B testing methodology and the measurement of impact/lift
  • Run monthly Marketing Analytics meeting, providing strategic insights to leadership team

  • Is familiar with working closely with senior leaders of a large organization and with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SQL, familiarity with at least one scripting language (R, Python,…)
