Job Description

Ubisoft Milan is looking for a Concept Artist to be involved in the production of a prestigious triple-A title.

Thanks to the high creativity and strong illustration skills, the artist will be responsible for the creation of graphic representations of ideas to provide the whole development team with inspiration and references.

Role & Responsibilities:

o   Work closely with the Art Director to ensure the artistic direction is maintained across all concepts produced;

o   research and propose concept references together with the Art Director;

o   sketching and fine art finalization for:

·         environment design

·         character design

·         prop design

·         Moodbording

·         VFX pre-visualization

o   work together with producers, leads, directors and other teams to push the quality and creativity on the project;

o   build and maintain good communication/cooperation with team.


  • Excellent drawing and illustration skills, especially in cartoonish style;
  • previous experience as Concept Artist;
  • strong ability to interpret other people's ideas;
  • proficiency in Adobe® Photoshop®;
  • availability to work onsite (Milan, Italy);
  • written and spoken English.
