Job Description

Responsibilities Be the brand owner for a major Ubisoft Brand in China mainland, responsible and accountable for the local performance of the Brand


-> Be the one Brand  expert and point of contact in China for Ubisoft teams (EMEA, mobile, studio, Consumer and Market knowledge, Legal, Ubisoft China teams) and strategic partners

-> Be responsible for the China Brand budget and drive effective, ROI-driven local marketing plans and pulse points working with marketing and communications team

-> Monitor and report about the local performance of the brand constantly (data and CRM), and take timely and appropriate actions according to findings
-> Accompany Brand partners ‘projects into reaching their full potentials by providing clear  guidelines / feedback & Approval/ support on marketing strategy, communications plans, and assets

-> Be accountable for the local Brand experience delivered to Chinese users – China-readiness i.e. localization/acculturalization, local connection and QC testing

-> Ensure top quality and full localization of all brand assets published in China    
-> keep the finger on the pulse of the China market to ensure your brand stays on top of emerging trends and changes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

-          5 years + with proven achievements working on one of several successful Brands. Experience in video game, consumer product industries nice to have

-          Can do, achiever mindset  

-          Excellent communication and presentation kills.  Ability to convince and defend one’s point of view, even when unpopular

-          Strong interest for games, the industry and entertainment as a whole

-          Native Chinese, Fluent in English
