What You'll Do

As a Clinic Director, you'll have the autonomy and support to:

  • Grow clinic volume and revenue by developing relationships, referral sources, community partnerships, and new business opportunities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team while creating a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Identify opportunities to expand the services offered within your clinic
  • Develop and launch new programs, services, and revenue streams based on your interests and the needs of your community
  • Have a voice in business strategy, marketing, hiring, and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and develop clinicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care
  • Take ownership of the clinic's performance and share directly in the financial success you help create

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales, marketing, and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.
