Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Katy, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while mentoring clinicians, building strong relationships within the community, and driving clinic growth. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both your patients and your team in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and leadership.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• Interest in clinic development and community outreach; marketing experience is a plus
• Self-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and professional growth
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Compensation

• Salary: $85,000–$92,000 (includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus)
• Potential Fellowship or Residency stipend
