Company Description
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.

Job Description
As Physical Therapy Clinic Director, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Southaven. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current Mississippi license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
- Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
- A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
- A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
