About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic, rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions
✅ Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations
✅ Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans
✅ Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention
✅ Foster a welcoming and healing environment

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)
✔ Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
✔ Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
