Are you a forward-thinking, passionate Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact? We’d love to meet you! Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is eager to learn, grow, and provide exceptional patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program

• Current Florida license (or ability to obtain promptly)

• CPR certification

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (including exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation)

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and contribute to an efficient clinic environment

• A self-motivated individual driven to grow professionally

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care

• Marketing experience is a plus to support clinic growth and community outreach
