Job Description

Pay: $20-$28/hr., plus commission, bonuses. (salary depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Screen Phone Calls and provides world class, friendly, intelligent customer service
  • Monitor Live Chat and communicate with clients and potential clientele
  • Communicate with clientele, employees, security contractors, law enforcement and intake leads
  • Miscellaneous computer related tasks

Qualifications

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent grammar
  • Trustworthy

Requirements:

  • We do not require a college degree, however, we do require our applicants to perform at the highest levels when it comes to: grammar, understanding of subject matter (after training) and having the ability to deal with clients who range from Forbes top earners to small business clientele.
  • Must be available Fri, Sat, Sun.
