Here is the breakdown of responsibilities:

2 positions will be true Dynatrace Administrators with the following required skills:

- Hands on Dynatrace Config, Install & Support creating dashboards with solid problem diagnosing skills.

- must be able to configure pure path, collector and agent for Dynatrace

- must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues

- hands on expertise on other monitoring tools like Solarwinds , PRTG, Splunk etc.

- 3-5 years of monitoring experience
- 2-4 years of Dynatrace experience

2 positions will be a Dynatrace SME/Administrators with the following required skills:

- ability to build up application metrics/dashboards

- document application workflows

- ability to interface with high level application owners (C and V level executives)

- Experience with application monitoring/ building of dashboards

- They will interview and meet with application teams and see what tool we should use to monitor certain applications. This person will also be writing requirements.
