Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities include:

· Manages requirements gathering sessions/interviews with end users, clients, and/or business representatives; responsible for fully-reviewed working requirements

· Works with users/clients/business to understand the business environment and needs, and how IT will support those requirements

· Manages the documentation, review and/or design of IT specifications using various software design tools

· Manages other specific aspects of the IT project

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Five years of experience with requirements/IT project analysis plus Five years of experience in using structured analysis techniques such as use cases and structured data diagrams.

From the RFQ:

· Extensive experience of business requirement documentation within the software development area.

· Hands-on experience supporting the development of business and technical requirements of a JavaEE application.

· Must have demonstrated experience facilitating system and user acceptance testing including development of end-user training documentation, user stories, and test case scenarios.

· Must have demonstrated experience successfully working in a function team focused on the business process re-engineering efforts for a JavaEE e-commerce application.

· Must have demonstrated experience to communicate to all levels of management and business users outside of the Information Technology area.

· Must have the ability to work closely with the COR and be able form and maintain good working relationships with members of other IT teams, the Project Sponsor, ODQ and the Bank's business subject matter experts.
